The Belait District Welfare Body of Penghulu Mukim, Village Heads and Heads of Longhouse, PEKERUPA, in collaboration with the Belait District Office, held an Appreciation Ceremony for former Penghulu Mukim, Village Heads and Heads of Longhouse in said district, 19th April morning.

The certificate of appreciation were presented by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad, Acting Belait District Officer. Organised by the Kampung Bukit Sawat Consultative Council, the function coincided with the 'Ramah Mesra Hari Raya Aidilfitri.' Also in attendance were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman and Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad bin Abdullah @ Lim Swee Ann, Members of the Legislative Council.
